Relax beachside at Island Winds vacation rental, condo 1222. This newly renovated Gulf View condo sits on the twelfth floor and has amazing water views from all three screened lanais, one off each bedroom and living room. Watch the sunrise in the morning from the guest bedroom lanai and the sunset from either the living room or master lanai. This condo will sleep up to six with a king bed in the primary bedroom, two twins in the guest bedroom and sleeper in the living room. Condo rates are based on 4 but with an additional fee per person, per week, six can sleep comfortably.
Be in complete vacation mode and dine out at one of many local restaurants or prepare a quick meal or snack in your fully equipped kitchen. The spacious living and dining room has seating for all and you will find a full size washer and dryer in the primary bath closet. The primary bath has a standard walk-in shower and guest bath has a tub/shower combo. All linens are provided, including the beach towels.
