Unwind as you get some much-needed rest and relaxation in your vacation rental that features a built-in bar area the moment you walk inside, with a large flat screen TV. You'll soon be watching your favorite sporting event in style! Once the game is over you can step outside onto the screened lanai with views of the gulf and pool. Feel the cool gulf breeze as the sun sets over the Gulf of Mexico.
The kitchen features custom dark wood cabinets, high end quality stainless steel appliances, slate flooring, and granite counters. Dine in as everything you could need for preparing your meals is provided. The living room and dining room are open to the kitchen, so the cook is never left out of the conversation. The living room is decorated in comfortable leather furnishings and boasts a second large, flat screen TV. The dining room table seats four. The owner’s custom décor choice is very warm and inviting with beach charm.
The primary bedroom sports a king-sized bed, another flat-screen TV, and a screened lanai with views of both the Gulf and the bay. The primary bath has a HUGE walk-in shower with two showerheads! There is also a full-sized washer and dryer in this condo, with all linens, including beach towels, provided. A brand-new queen-sized bed with Tommy Bahama furniture, a TV, and a screened lanai with a view of Estero Bay completes the guest bedroom. The guest bath is in the hall with a tub/shower condo. Wireless internet and designated covered parking are provided. Also, keyless entry so there is one last thing to remember during your stay.

I've stayed in a lot of different vacation rental properties. This is by far the very best I've stayed in. The location was a bit south of all the restaurants and shops, but still close enough to everything. The beach is huge and not overly populated. The condo is BETTER than the pictures. Super clean, VERY well equipped. We had plenty of dishes, plenty of towels, plenty of lanai space...super comfy beds. The condo uses every bit of space perfectly. To say the least, we were very impressed, and we will rent again. Thank you so much for providing such a beautiful property.

This rental unit was absolutely lovely .. well equipped with what ever you needed and more.. Gorgeous view of the white sandy beach and water.. not to mention the fabulous swimming pool with the beach view…..This condo was tastefully decorated with high end décor…The master bath shower was amazing ..the kitchen had high end appliances with granite counter tops and built in bar with seating around it…the living room balcony was so great to sit out there in the evening…great sunsets…close to anything you need and there was live entertainment just a short walk on the beach on either side of us…loved every minute of our stay…can’t wait to return next year
