Island Winds 1002 is exactly what you envision when you think of the perfect beachfront vacation.
The first thing you'll notice upon entering this 10th floor condo is the built-in bar area with a large flat screen TV. You'll soon be watching your favorite sporting event in style!
The kitchen features custom dark wood cabinets, high end quality stainless steel appliances, slate flooring, and granite counters. Everything you could need for preparing your meals is provided.
The living room and dining room are open to the kitchen so the cook is never left out of the conversation. The living room is decorated in comfortable leather furnishings and boasts a second large, flat screen TV. The dining room table seats four.
The master bedroom sports a king-sized bed, another flat-screened TV, and a screened lanai with views of both the Gulf and the bay. The master walk in shower is HUGE! There is also a full-sized washer and dryer in this unit, with all linens, including beach towels, provided.
A brand-new queen-sized bed with Tommy Bahama furniture, a TV, and a screened-in lanai with a view of Estero Bay is in the guest room.
Wireless internet and designated covered parking is provided.
This unit is gorgeous. You'll be counting the days until you can return to Island Winds 1002!

I've stayed in a lot of different vacation rental properties. This is by far the very best I've stayed in. The location was a bit south of all the restaurants and shops, but still close enough to everything. The beach is huge and not overly populated. The condo is BETTER than the pictures. Super clean, VERY well equipped. We had plenty of dishes, plenty of towels, plenty of lanai space...super comfy beds. The condo uses every bit of space perfectly. To say the least, we were very impressed, and we will rent again. Thank you so much for providing such a beautiful property.

This rental unit was absolutely lovely .. well equipped with what ever you needed and more.. Gorgeous view of the white sandy beach and water.. not to mention the fabulous swimming pool with the beach view…..This condo was tastefully decorated with high end décor…The master bath shower was amazing ..the kitchen had high end appliances with granite counter tops and built in bar with seating around it…the living room balcony was so great to sit out there in the evening…great sunsets…close to anything you need and there was live entertainment just a short walk on the beach on either side of us…loved every minute of our stay…can’t wait to return next year
