All new! This condo received a very contemporary renovation in Jan. 2018. Keyless entry, over 1300 sq. feet, fully furnished with modern LED lighting and remote controlled fans.
The beautifully designed, well-equipped kitchen features a glass tile backsplash, an island with seating for 4, granite countertops, a Keurig, and all new stainless steel appliances. The dining room features a glass top table with seating for 6.
There are luxury linens in the master bedroom, a king-sized bed, a 42" flat screen smart TV, a ceiling fan, and a private lanai with a relaxing chaise lounge. Attached is the Master bathroom with a modern glass door tiled shower, LED lighted mirror, and full-sized high efficiency washer and dryer.
The guest bedroom sleeps 2 with luxury linens, a queen-sized bed, a 24" TV, a fan, and its own private lanai. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower and an LED lighted mirror.
The large living room has a sectional sofa, comfy swivel rocker barrel chairs, a 60" smart TV and sound bar, and an optional cabinet fold out bed with a queen memory foam mattress. The front lanai features a countertop table and chairs, and a gulf-front view.
Enjoy this very comfortable condo directly on the beach with awesome views and sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. This unit can sleep up to 6.
