Our 5th floor unit is in a prime location with outstanding panoramic gulf front views. The front lanai is very private, its just you the white sand beach and the gulf.
This spacious 1345 sq.ft 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condominium sleeps five and is ready for you and your family to enjoy the sunny island lifestyle.
NO MORE THAN 2 CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10.
Enjoy the large gulf-front lanai with a view of the beach and pool and a lanai off of each bedroom with gulf and bay views.
The living room has comfortable seating to enjoy viewing the large flat screen SMART TV with DVD and amazing gulf views.
The well-stocked kitchen is spacious with some extras to make your stay comfortable and there is a separate dining area with seating for 6.
The master bedroom sports a king size bed, its own flat screen TV and a large master bath with double vanities. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed and its own guest bath.
A washer/dryer and free WiFi are provided in the unit for your convenience. All linens are included, including beach towels. Additionally, the living room has a SMART TV and a Roku is provided for each of the TV's in the bedrooms. Additionally the unit has an assigned parking spot very close to the entrance which is very convenient.
In addition to the 7 miles of white sandy beach and blue water on the Gulf of Mexico, the Island Winds Condominiums are within walking distance of Santini Plaza which has several restaurants, a coffee and ice cream shop, a farmers market several days per week and many other shops and stores to explore. Publix grocery store is less than two miles north and Lover's Key State park with biking, kayaking and walking trails is less than 2 miles to the south. Truly a nature lovers paradise.
Located on the quiet, south end of Fort Myers Beach, Island Winds is an exclusive beachfront complex with a heated pool, hot tub, BBQ grills, tiki hut, social room with pool table and library and fitness room. Tennis courts, a basketball hoop and shuffleboard can be found across the street from the condo overlooking one of the neighborhood canals. You are close to shopping, restaurants, night spots, and marinas. Hop on the beach trolley to take you down the island to Times Square and The Pier.
