Island Winds condo 503 is located on the fifth-floor and in prime location with outstanding panoramic gulf front views. The front lanai is very private, it’s just you, the white sandy beach and waves crashig the shoreline.
This spacious two bedroom / two bath vacation condo rental sleeps five and is ready for you and your family to enjoy the sunny island lifestyle. Condo rates are based on 4 but this condo will sleep up to 5 with an addtional fee per week.
Breathtaking views of the Gulf and Bay can be enjoyed from the three screened lanais, one off each bedroom and living room. The living room has comfortable seating to enjoy while viewing the large flat screen SMART TV with DVD. The well-stocked kitchen is spacious with some extras to make your stay comfortable and there is a separate dining area with seating for for all..
The primary bedroom sports a king size bed, its own flat screen TV, large primary bath with double vanities and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen and twin bed. The guest bath has tub/shower combo.
A full-sized washer/dryer and free WiFi are provided in the condo for your convenience. All linens are provided, including beach towels.
Additionally, the living room has a SMART TV and Roku is provided for each of the TV's in the bedrooms. Condo parking is assigned and very close to the entrance which is very convenient.
Located on the quiet, South End of Fort Myers Beach, Island Winds is an exclusive beachfront community with a heated pool, hot tub, outdoor gas grills, fitness room, tennis/pickleball courts with reservations, shuffleboard, fire table and so much more!! You are close to shopping, restaurants, night spots, and marinas. Hop on the beach trolley to take you down the island to Times Square and The Pier.
Seven miles of white sandy beach and the refreshing blue waters on the Gulf of Mexico are just outside. Island Winds Condominiums are within walking distance of Santini Plaza, which has several restaurants, a coffee and ice cream shop, a farmers market several days per week and many other shops and stores to explore. Publix grocery store is less than two miles North and Lover's Key State Park with biking, kayaking and walking trails is less than 2 miles to the South. Truly a nature lovers paradise.
