This ocean front unit on the fifth-floor is in a prime location with outstanding panoramic gulf front views. The front lanai is very private, it’s just you, the white sandy beach and waves crashing the shoreline.
This spacious two bedroom / two bath vacation condo rental sleeps five and is ready for you and your family to enjoy the sunny island lifestyle. Condo rates are based on 4 but this condo will sleep up to 5 with an additional fee per week.
Breathtaking views of the Gulf and Bay can be enjoyed from the three screened lanais, one off each bedroom and the living room. The living room has comfortable seating to enjoy while viewing the large flat screen SMART TV with DVD. The well-stocked kitchen is spacious with some extras to make your stay comfortable and there is a separate dining area with seating for 6. It’s a wonderful place to enjoy a meal or even play games or cards in the evening. Additional seating on the living room Lanai is perfect for breakfast or lunch or evening sunsets with a glass of wine.
The primary bedroom sports a king size bed, its own small flat screen TV, large primary bath with double vanities and walk-in shower. Also, the private MB Lanai is perfect for some quiet time with a beautiful view. The guest bedroom has a queen and twin bed, a small tv, and private lanai. The guest bath has tub/shower combo.
A full-sized washer/dryer and free WiFi are provided in the condo for your convenience. All linens are provided, including beach towels.
Additionally, the living room has a SMART TV and Roku is provided for each of the TV's in the bedrooms. Condo parking is assigned and very close to the entrance which is very convenient.
Located on the quiet, South End of Fort Myers Beach, Island Winds is an exclusive beachfront community with a heated pool, hot tub, outdoor gas grills, fitness room, tennis/pickleball courts with reservations, shuffleboard, fire table and so much more!! Publix grocery store is less than two miles North and Lover's Key State Park with biking, kayaking and walking trails is less than 2 miles to the South. Truly a nature lovers paradise.
