Condo 404 is on the fourth-floor and doesn’t disappoint with water views from each of the three screened lanais, one for each bedroom and living room. Enjoy this two bedroom / two bath Gulf Front condo with features such as a king bed in the primary bedroom and a queen bed in the guest bedroom. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa available, allowing up to six people to sleep comfortably. Condo rates are based on 4 people but can sleep 6 with additional per person, per week fees.
Condo features include a full-sized washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining room and two full bathrooms. The primary bathroom has a standard walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom provides tub/shower combo. All linens are provided, including beach towels!
