Condo123 has been completely renovated from the cinderblock walls inward. Attention to modernization has been a Top Priority to this owner! The condo has all new plumbing, electric, & HVAC! Together with new appliances, luxury floors, kitchen cabinets with quartz countertops, and tile bathrooms. The owner wanted to keep the feeling simple yet luxurious and offer you state of the art amenities; a king-size bed in the primary bedroom with an en-suite featuring dual sinks, walk-in shower and a walk-in closet, 2 twins beds in the guest bedroom with a full bath just next door with another walk-in shower, and a comfortable queen murphy-bed in the office/living room! Yes, you read that right, that’s means six adults can comfortably stay here. Yes, there is office space in the living room for those that feel the need to work while on your beach vacation! This condo is equipped with washer/dryer combo, spacious living and dining room to relax in. All linens are provided, including beach umbrella, chairs & towels! By now, you can tell this condo is a little “Bushii”, you can even find a wine fridge in the dining room!
You have direct access from each bedroom to the pool deck from the screened bedrooms lanais. The spacious main lanai, also screened and off living room, provides incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy lunch with water views during the day and watch the Florida Sunsets with your favorite cocktail in hand while listening to the waves crash the shores every evening.
Condo rates are based on 4 but this condo will sleep up to 6 with addition fees per person, per week. Condo rates are also comparable to local advertised hotel prices.
Here at Island Winds, our onsite amenities include heated pool, whirlpool spa, parking, tennis/pickleball courts (with reservations), fitness center, shuffleboard courts, covered gas grills, free Wi-Fi, cable, and much more! A short distance away you can also rent Bikes & E-Bikes, Kayaks and Golf carts. You are close to shopping, restaurants, and night spots. If you enjoy boating, there are various marinas with boat renting capabilities! Lovers Key nature parks. Hop on the beach trolly for a visit to Time Square or the Key West Express. You have seven miles of white sandy beach to explore. You might even find cool shells and a hidden treasure along the way.
